Insurance Requirements

Have you received an insurance notice?

In the Retail Installment Contract you signed, you agreed to maintain insurance on your vehicle which meets certain requirements until the account is paid in full. If you do not purchase adequate coverage and provide proof of insurance to us, we may place insurance on your account which covers your lienholder’s interest. If such insurance is placed on your account, the cost will be added to your payment.

What are the insurance requirements that must be met?

  • The policy must include comprehensive and collision coverage
  • The deductibles must be $1,000 or less
  • Lienholder must be updated on the policy as per your signed agreement to provide insurance within 48 hours of purchase
